All orders are packed and shipped by hand from our studio in Florida. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Florida within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.
We ship to 30+ countries worldwide. International shipping is available at checkout with rates calculated by destination and package weight.
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Carrier delays can occasionally happen, especially during peak seasons. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement at no charge. We stand behind every order we send out.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply in these cases.
