How to start a return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:

Contact us within 30 days
Go to our Contact page and select "Return or exchange" as the subject. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

We'll send you instructions
We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and any specific instructions for your item.

Ship the item back
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item — we will make it right immediately.

No return shipping required. Just send us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no charge. You keep the original item.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will then be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. We are not able to issue refunds to a different card or account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, contact us and we will arrange it. Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns — items must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery.

If the item you want to exchange for has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Because we process and ship orders within 1–3 business days, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead.
