Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, we will make it right — no complicated processes, no unnecessary back-and-forth.
We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:
Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item — we will make it right immediately.
To report a damaged or incorrect item, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will then be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, contact us and we will arrange it. Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns — items must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery.
If the item you want to exchange for has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Because we process and ship orders within 1–3 business days, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead.
